Red Ring of Death

It turns out the problem I've been having with my 360 has become the red ring of death. So I clicked the 'request a repair' and guess what ... I got "A problem occurred, and your request cannot be completed." Looks like I got the red error of death trying to get a repair. Seriously Microsoft? Is this some kind of joke?
